The client envisioned a contemporary yet energy-efficient family home that would stand the test of time. The brief called for a home that would offer modern aesthetics, functionality, and long-term savings on energy bills. The result is a stylish single-storey bungalow that blends traditional charm with modern convenience, located in the scenic village of Killeagh, East Cork.

The design also called for flexible spaces to meet the growing demand for remote working. To achieve this, a detached, insulated garage/home office was included as part of the project, providing homeowners with a dedicated workspace separate from the main residence.
