Project Overview

The vision for this project was to create a bespoke luxury home that would exude elegance, precision, and modern living at its finest. Designed by renowned engineer Anthony Kenneally of Kenneally Rochford Engineers, the client sought a residence that would reflect sophistication while embracing functionality and comfort. The aim was to deliver a home that felt timeless in style but equipped with all the conveniences of modern living.

Donal O’Brien Building was appointed to manage the entire project from start to finish, delivering a turnkey, high-specification home that would exceed expectations in design, quality, and craftsmanship. The project required close collaboration with engineers, architects, and landscape specialists to ensure the home was finished to the highest possible standard.
